O Monstro do Lago Ness

Durante séculos houve mitos sobre o monstro que vive nas profundezas do Lago Ness na Escócia. Aparições de Nessie, como é carinhosamente chamado, datam de 1500 anos atrás. Recentemente, algumas pessoas provaram a sua existência com fotografias, mas muitas delas eram falsas.

Uma das explicações é que Nessie é um dinossauro que escapou da extinção. Se isso for verdade, o monstro também pode escapar a detecção até mesmo de equipamentos de sondas modernas, já que o Lago Ness tem uma superfície de 56.4 km2 e uma profundidade de 226 metros em algumas partes.

Se Nessie existe ou não, ele certamente não prejudicou o turismo na Escócia!
