Rudolf Hess: O último vôo

Parece inacreditável, mas em 10 de maio de 1941, no auge da Segunda Guerra Mundial, o Deputado Ditador, Rudolf Hess, voou sozinho para a Escócia para supostamente se encontrar com o Duque de Hamilton para negociar um acordo de paz.

De acordo com a sua proposta, se os britânicos deixassem os nazistas assumirem o controle da Europa, a Alemanha então deixaria o Reino Unido em paz.

Hess era um louco estigmatizado e foi levado para a prisão. Ele foi julgado em Nuremberg em 1945 e sentenciado a passar a vida na Prisão Spandau devido a crimes de guerra.

Segundo algumas teorias, a Casa Real de Windsor estava envolvida no plano de Hess. Outros acreditam que não era Hess, mas sim um dublê de corpo. Essa teoria foi apoiada por um médico no Spandau que disse que o homem que se dizia Hess não apresentava cicatrizes que deveriam estar no seu corpo.
